Bob Seebohar, MS, RD, CSSD, CSCS, METS II

Bob holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science, a graduate degree in Health and Exercise Science and a second graduate degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, all from Colorado State University.

Bob has worked with all types of athletes ranging from beginners to Olympians and currently specializes in working with advanced to elite athletes as well as youth and juniors.  He was the sport dietitian and strength coach for Susan Williams, 2004 Olympic Triathlon Bronze medalist, served as the personal coach to Sarah Haskins, 2008 Olympic Triathlon Team member, and Jasmine Oeinck, 2009 Elite National Champion. 

Coach Bob grew up a competitive soccer player and did his first triathlon during his sophomore year of college. Since then, he has not looked back on endurance sports and believes in "practicing what he preaches". Bob has competed in hundreds of multisport races including six Ironman races, the Boston marathon, and the Leadman ultra-endurance series (including the 100 mile run) in Leadville, Colorado. Additionally, Bob was a member of the TEAM USA World Duathlon team and competed in the 1996 World Duathlon Championships in Italy.  As a USA Triathlon All-American athlete, Coach Bob currently focuses on short course triathlon and Obstacle Course Racing.

Julie Lyons, MSN

  • USA Triathlon Certified Level I Coach
  • USA Triathlon All American

Julie is a pre-title nine athlete who discovered the joy of sport a bit later in life.  Completing her first sprint triathlon at the age of 40, not without a near drowning experience, she has become a competitive age group athlete in all distance of triathlon, competed in the Boston Marathon and several endurance swim events. 

Her formal education is in Nursing, and is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with an MS in nursing, who specialized in health and wellness, and adolescent healthcare. 

Julie is dedicated to health and wellness for all ages and believes in combing competitive sport with a healthy lifestyle.  Enjoying good heath and fitness with lots of fun is essential beginning at an early age in order to continue learning and enjoying sport through adulthood.

Julie and her husband, David, reside in Littleton, Colorado with their two dogs and are very proud of their two daughters who are not only athletes in their own right but are college graduates, gainfully employed, and living independently.

John Baker, MBA

  • eNRG Performance Institute Certified Junior Triathlon Coach

John has been teaching youth how to swim and become better swimmers for more than 20 years. He is very enthusiastic and wants to help kids realize their potential!

John has been participating in endurance events since 1992 and triathlons from sprint to Ironman distances since 1995.

John's formal education includes a BA in Political Science and Philosophy, an MA in International Affairs and an MBA. He is a USA Triathlon Certified Level I Coach and a certified USA Swimming Stroke and Turn Official.
