I am very close to finishing my long-awaited “Eliminating GI Distress in Endurance Athletes” 8-week online program. I’ve been working on this literally since I created the Metabolic Efficiency Concept in the mid 2000s. Did you know that is what inspired me to create the Metabolic Efficiency Training concept? Yep, the not so wonderful GI distress “monster”. I will be offering this program to a select number of endurance athletes in September.

This 8-week online program will be entirely focused on fixing the digestive system through different nutrition strategies with the goal of eliminating GI distress that is so common in endurance athletes. In fact, did you know that between 30-90% of endurance athletes report having some sort of GI distress during training and competition?

My “Eliminating GI Distress in Endurance Athletes” 8-week online program will teach you proper daily nutrition, nutrient timing and supplementation strategies to improve gut health, physiological adaptations and recovery. I will guide you during this very interactive 8-week program that will include weekly group calls, office hours with me, and transformational activities to ensure you receive results!
