Sausage, Potato and Kale Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 Italian sausages

  • 1 box of chicken broth (low sodium is preferred)

  • 4-5 white potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 2-3 handfuls of kale

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 tablespoon basil

  • 1 tablespoon oregano

  • garlic salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation:

In a crock pot or InstaPot, add chicken broth first then all other ingredients and let cook on low all day. Toward the end, take the the Italian sausages out and cut in bite size pieces. Place back in the soup and enjoy!
