Peanut Butter Energy Nuggets

These are the most amazing energy nuggets you will find! They are not too sweet and will optimize blood sugar (and support optimal fat burning) like crazy! Enjoy as a snack throughout the day or for a small breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons natural creamy nut butter

  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Shape into nuggets and enjoy!

Refrigerate if you have left overs.
