Bioactive Salad

BIOACTIVE SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 Beet, chopped

  • 2 Cucumbers, peeled and chopped

  • 3 carrots, peeled and chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 4 radishes, chopped

  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon dill weed

  • 1 tablespoon oregano

  • black pepper to taste

  • dash of red pepper

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss until well combined

  2. Enjoy.
