No Bake eNRG Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup nut butter (creamy or crunchy based on preference)

  • 30 grams protein powder (plant or whey or egg)

  • 1 medium banana, mashed

  • 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup raisins

  • dash of cinnamon

  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

1. Mix protein powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and hemp seeds.

2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.

3. Place into a small baking dish or Pyrex glass container.

4. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

5. Enjoy!
