Peanut Butter Crunch Energy Balls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
25 grams vanilla whey protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until moistened.
Roll into 1 inch balls
Enjoy and store in the refrigerator.
