Peanut Butter Crunch Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

  • 25 grams vanilla whey protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until moistened.

  2. Roll into 1 inch balls

  3. Enjoy and store in the refrigerator.
