Cocoa Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup Silk Cashew/Almond Protein milk

Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk and mix thoroughly. Place in microwave for 45 - 60 seconds. Top with nuts if you would like for an extra crunch!
