Spinach Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
1/2 avocado, seed and skin removed
1/2 cup fresh spinach
25 g vanilla whey protein isolate powder (or 1/2 block of tofu)
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
