Spinach Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 avocado, seed and skin removed

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach

  • 25 g vanilla whey protein isolate powder (or 1/2 block of tofu)

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Enjoy.
