Ginger Shot
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh ginger root, washed and chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Dash of black pepper
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (or 1/2 cup orange or pineapple juice)
1/2 cup coconut water (or 1/2 cup water)
2 - 3 TBSP honey
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture over a fine-mesh sieve into a small pitcher.
Divide juice into smaller glasses for storage in the refrigerator or ice cubes for storage in the freezer.
Enjoy once a day!
