Ginger Shot

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger root, washed and chopped

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • Dash of black pepper

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (or 1/2 cup orange or pineapple juice)

  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or 1/2 cup water)

  • 2 - 3 TBSP honey

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture over a fine-mesh sieve into a small pitcher.

  3. Divide juice into smaller glasses for storage in the refrigerator or ice cubes for storage in the freezer.

  4. Enjoy once a day!
