Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • “Real” sourdough bread

  • Fresh mozzarella cheese

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Fresh basil (can replace with dried)

  • Cherry or roma tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Slice sourdough bread into easy to eat slices.

  2. Drizzle olive oil over bread.

  3. Slice fresh mozzarella cheese into slices and place on top of bread.

  4. Slice tomatoes and place on top of bread.

  5. Place fresh basil on top.

  6. Enjoy!
