Hummus, Avocado, Tomato and Garlic Toast

Ingredients:

  • “Real” sourdough bread

  • Hummus

  • Roma or cherry tomatoes

  • Garlic clove

  • Olives (Kalamata, black or green)

Instructions:

  1. Slice bread into easy to eat pieces.

  2. Spread hummus on bread.

  3. Peel garlic clove and dice into small pieces. Place on top of hummus.

  4. Slice tomatoes and place on top of hummus.

  5. Slice olives in half and place on top of tomatoes.

  6. Enjoy!
