Green Goddess Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
1 avocado
1 banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup almond (protein) milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
Dash of cinnamon
1 TBSP lime juice (optional)
1 TBSP chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Place milk, yogurt and lime juice (optional) in blender.
Place spinach, avocado, banana, pineapple, cinnamon and chia seeds (optional) in blender.
Blend and enjoy.
