Sweet Potato Pancakes
*This recipe makes a lot of pancakes! Leftovers can be frozen and then thawed for quick meals and snacks.
Preparation:
Combine smoothie, flapjack mix and protein powder in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mix into large bowl and stir in chocolate chips.
Cook pancakes over medium/low heat on griddle. Flipping once bubbles rise to the surface and edge start to look dry.
Enjoy.
