Black Cherry Chia Pudding
This Black Cherry Chia Pudding is a quick, delicious and blood sugar stabilizing snack.
1 cup water
1 cup high protein nut milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
20 grams vanilla or chocolate whey protein isolate powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix together in a container (make sure there is extra room for expansion) all the ingredients, cover and let sit overnight. Enjoy.
