Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8-12 ounces protein enhanced nut milk or regular cow’s milk

  • 6 ounces cold water

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 block extra firm tofu (for extra protein)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut or olive oil

Instructions:

Place liquids in blender then all other ingredients. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
