Pineapple Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 8-12 ounces protein enhanced nut milk or regular cow’s milk 
- 6 ounces cold water 
- 1 banana 
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 
- 1/2 block extra firm tofu (for extra protein) 
- 1 tablespoon coconut or olive oil 
Instructions:
Place liquids in blender then all other ingredients. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
