Pineapple Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
8-12 ounces protein enhanced nut milk or regular cow’s milk
6 ounces cold water
1 banana
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 block extra firm tofu (for extra protein)
1 tablespoon coconut or olive oil
Instructions:
Place liquids in blender then all other ingredients. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
