Turmeric Anti-Inflammatory Paste

This is a paste that you can make and add to smoothies or other dishes such as eggs and tofu.

Ingredients:

  • 6 teaspoons turmeric, powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Approximately 1 ounce of water (this depends on if you want it a paste or liquid)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

*Be sure you are adding this to a food/recipe that contains fat as the paste will be better absorbed.
