Chocolate Coconut Bites
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (>70%)
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons nut butter
1 teaspoon honey
Instructions:
In a food processor, blend the chocolate for about 20-30 seconds
Add the oats and unsweetened shredded coconut and blend for another 20-30 seconds
Transfer powder to a bowl and slowly stir in nut butter and honey until it is thick
Enjoy as is or shape into bites!
