Chocolate Coconut Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (>70%)

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 2 tablespoons nut butter

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:

  • In a food processor, blend the chocolate for about 20-30 seconds

  • Add the oats and unsweetened shredded coconut and blend for another 20-30 seconds

  • Transfer powder to a bowl and slowly stir in nut butter and honey until it is thick

  • Enjoy as is or shape into bites!
