Cilantro Lime Hummus
Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans (strain with water 2-3 times)
1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 tablespoons fresh or dried parsley
1-2 tablespoons fresh or dried cilantro
squeeze of lime (to taste)
healthy pinch of black pepper
pinch of red pepper (optional)
pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until smooth.
