Cilantro Lime Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can garbanzo beans (strain with water 2-3 times)

  • 1 tablespoon tahini

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh or dried parsley

  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh or dried cilantro

  • squeeze of lime (to taste)

  • healthy pinch of black pepper

  • pinch of red pepper (optional)

  • pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until smooth.
