Gingerbread Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 ounces plant based or cows milk

  • 25-30 grams NSF Certified vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger

  • 1 pinch nutmeg

  • 1 pinch allspice

  • 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place milk in blender first then add all other ingredients. Blend well and enjoy!
