Gingerbread Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
8-10 ounces plant based or cows milk
25-30 grams NSF Certified vanilla protein powder
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp nut butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch allspice
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses (optional)
Instructions:
Place milk in blender first then add all other ingredients. Blend well and enjoy!
