Golden Milk Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower, steamed and frozen

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/4-1/2 protein enriched nut milk

  • 20-25 grams of NSF certified protein powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 dashes black pepper

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 dash ginger

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana

  • unsweetened coconut flakes

  • blueberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on low until smooth.

  2. Add toppings to your preference.
