Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Silk Protein milk (cashew and almond blend)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP honey
1/4 - 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 - 1/2 sliced banana
1/2 tsp cinnamon
small pinch of pink Himalayan salt
1, 16-ounce mason jar with lid
Instructions:
Place oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a mason jar and stir (or shake) until well combined.
You can either add the blueberries and banana into the mixture and stir well or leave them on the top and stir in the morning.
Place mason jar with lid in the refrigerator and let sit for a minimum of 8 hours.
Take out of refrigerator and stir well before enjoying!
