Golden Milk Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup Silk Protein milk (cashew and almond blend)

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

  • 1 - 2 TBSP honey

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp ginger

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • small pinch of pink Himalayan salt

  • 1, 16-ounce mason jar with lid

  • Optional: 1/2 sliced banana

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a mason jar and stir (or shake) until well combined.

  2. Place mason jar with lid in the refrigerator and let sit for a minimum of 8 hours.

  3. Take out of refrigerator and stir well before enjoying!
