Golden Milk Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Silk Protein milk (cashew and almond blend)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 - 2 TBSP honey
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp black pepper
small pinch of pink Himalayan salt
1, 16-ounce mason jar with lid
Optional: 1/2 sliced banana
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a mason jar and stir (or shake) until well combined.
Place mason jar with lid in the refrigerator and let sit for a minimum of 8 hours.
Take out of refrigerator and stir well before enjoying!
