Pineapple Ginger Smoothie Cubes

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces, water

  • 5-6 ounces frozen pineapple

  • 3 dashes dried ginger

  • 1 TBSP honey

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Place in ice cube tray and freeze overnight before using.

  3. Enjoy!

*These would be good to add to water has a flavor enhancer or to consume on their own.
