Blueberry Banana Smoothie Cubes (protein)

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces plant based protein enriched milk (or cow’s milk)

  • 1/2 handful kale

  • Medium handful spinach

  • 2.5 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1.5 bananas

  • 1 TBSP olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 dash ginger

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender (fluid then spinach and kale then fruit) and blend well.

  • Place in ice cube tray and freeze overnight before using.

  • Enjoy!

*Place as many cubes in an empty water bottle and allow about 2-3 hours to thaw before consuming.
