Blueberry Banana Smoothie Cubes (protein)
Ingredients:
6 ounces plant based protein enriched milk (or cow’s milk)
1/2 handful kale
Medium handful spinach
2.5 cups frozen blueberries
1.5 bananas
1 TBSP olive oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 dash ginger
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender (fluid then spinach and kale then fruit) and blend well.
Place in ice cube tray and freeze overnight before using.
Enjoy!
*Place as many cubes in an empty water bottle and allow about 2-3 hours to thaw before consuming.
