Pineapple Carrot Banana Smoothie Cubes (protein)
Ingredients:
8 ounces plant based protein enriched milk (or cow’s milk)
4 ounces carrot juice
1 TBSP olive oil
1.5 bananas
1 handful frozen pineapple
2 dashes turmeric
Dash black pepper
Dash ginger
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Place in ice cube tray and freeze overnight before using.
Enjoy!
*Place as many cubes in an empty water bottle and allow about 2-3 hours to thaw before consuming.
