Pineapple Carrot Banana Smoothie Cubes (protein)

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces plant based protein enriched milk (or cow’s milk)

  • 4 ounces carrot juice

  • 1 TBSP olive oil

  • 1.5 bananas

  • 1 handful frozen pineapple

  • 2 dashes turmeric

  • Dash black pepper

  • Dash ginger

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

  • Place in ice cube tray and freeze overnight before using.

  • Enjoy!

*Place as many cubes in an empty water bottle and allow about 2-3 hours to thaw before consuming.
