Matcha Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp matcha powder
1 - 2 TBSP maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
2/3 cup 1 - 2% cow’s milk or protein enriched plant-based milk
1 cup blueberries
1 pear, diced
Instructions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add yogurt and maple syrup/honey to a mason jar (or other sealed container) and stir.
Add maple syrup or honey to the jar and stir well.
Add dry ingredients to the jar and continue to mix.
Add blueberries and pears into the mixture or as a topping.
**You can eat this immediately or place in the refrigerator overnight and eat in the morning.
