Tzatziki dip or sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup English cucumber, grated and drained of excess water
1 - 2 TBSP fresh dill, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Squeeze of lemon (to taste
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to desired consistency.
