Peppermint Mocha Smoothie

Serves: 2

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smoothie.

  2. Divide into two cups and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces unsweetened almond milk

  • 8 ounces strong brewed coffee (regular or decaf)

  • 1 banana (we used a frozen banana)

  • 50 grams chocolate protein powder

  • 2 TBSP cocoa powder

  • 2 TBSP almond butter

  • 1 1/2 tsp peppermint extract

  • 1/4 -1/2 tsp powdered Stevia

  • ice cubes (optional)

  • cocoa nibs (optional, we sprinkled a few on top)
