Peppermint Mocha Smoothie
Serves: 2
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smoothie.
Divide into two cups and enjoy.
Ingredients:
8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
8 ounces strong brewed coffee (regular or decaf)
1 banana (we used a frozen banana)
50 grams chocolate protein powder
2 TBSP cocoa powder
2 TBSP almond butter
1 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1/4 -1/2 tsp powdered Stevia
ice cubes (optional)
cocoa nibs (optional, we sprinkled a few on top)
