Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites
Makes: approximately 20 tablespoon size bites
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except dark chocolate in food processor
Process until well mixed
Form into approx. tablespoon size balls
Roll in chopped dark chocolate (we had to kind of smash it on)
Store in the refridgerator
Ingredients:
50 grams chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 TBSP cocoa powder
1 TBSP chia seeds
3 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 tsp powdered Stevia (can use a little more if you like it sweeter)
4 TBSP unsweetened coconut or almond milk
finely chopped dark chocolate
