Purple Smoothie

Super high anti-inflammatory smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 8-12 ounces Silk protein milk

  • 8-12 ounces water

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 handful fresh kale

  • 1 small raw beet, cubed (no need to peel it)

  • 1/2 block firm tofu, drained (or 20 grams of approved protein powder)

  • 1-2 dashes of cinnamon

  • 1/2 dime size piece of fresh ginger (or a dash of ground ginger)

Instructions:

Place liquids and oil in a high power blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.
