Chocolate Almond Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1/4-1/2 cup nut milk

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder (or Birota Foods Unsweetened Smart Cocoa)

  • 20-25 grams of protein powder (NSF certified)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • dash of ginger

For the topping:

  • unsweetened coconut flakes

  • banana

  • walnuts

  • cacao nibs

  • honey

Instructions

  1. Place bananas in a blender and blend on low until smooth.

  2. Add milk, yogurt, and chia seeds and blend.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until thick and smooth.

  4. Place in bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
