Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 
- 1 frozen banana 
- 1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower 
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
- 20-25 grams of NSF certified protein powder 
- 1/4-1/2 cup protein enriched nut milk 
- 2 tbsp nut butter 
- Dash of ginger 
Toppings
- chia seeds 
- unsweetened coconut flakes 
- 1/2 banana 
- Dash of cinnamon 
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on low until thick and smooth. 
- Add toppings based on preference.
