Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
20-25 grams of NSF certified protein powder
1/4-1/2 cup protein enriched nut milk
2 tbsp nut butter
Dash of ginger
Toppings
chia seeds
unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 banana
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on low until thick and smooth.
Add toppings based on preference.
