Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 20-25 grams of NSF certified protein powder

  • 1/4-1/2 cup protein enriched nut milk

  • 2 tbsp nut butter

  • Dash of ginger

Toppings

  • chia seeds

  • unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/2 banana

  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on low until thick and smooth.

  2. Add toppings based on preference.
