Ingredients

  • 20-24 ounces of water

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine honey and salt in bottle of water and shake well. Enjoy!

*Honey has a compound in it called chrysin which has a positive effect on genes that reduce inflammation!
