Berry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Silk Protein milk

  • 8 ounces water

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, raspberries or blackberries

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Instructions:

Place the milk and water in the blender first then add the berries and oats. Blend for 30-60 seconds and enjoy!

Notes:

For a sweeter taste, add 1/2 - 3/4 cup additional berries.
