Strawberry Banana Oat Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Silk Protein pea, cashew, almond milk

  • 8 ounces water

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • a few ice cubes

Instructions:

Place the milk and water in the blender first then add the banana and oats. Blend for 30-60 seconds and enjoy!

Notes:

For a sweeter taste, add a full banana.
