Apple Cinnamon Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces Silk Protein pea, cashew, almond milk

  • 8 ounces water

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 apple, diced

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions:

Place the milk and water in the blender first then add the pineapple, apple and oats. Blend for 30-60 seconds and enjoy!
