Apple Cinnamon Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients:
8 ounces Silk Protein pea, cashew, almond milk
8 ounces water
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 apple, diced
1/2 cup rolled oats
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
Place the milk and water in the blender first then add the pineapple, apple and oats. Blend for 30-60 seconds and enjoy!
