Sweet Potato Pudding
A great recipe to support the immune system!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix sweet potato and plain Greek yogurt in a bowl and stir until combined.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to desired consistency.
Enjoy as a snack or as a spread/dip.
*This is a bit higher in carbohydrates so if you want to balance with protein, add a side of cheese cubes, cottage cheese or add a NSF Certified protein powder to the recipe (15-20 grams).
