Sweet Potato Pudding

A great recipe to support the immune system!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato

  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Mix sweet potato and plain Greek yogurt in a bowl and stir until combined.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to desired consistency.

  3. Enjoy as a snack or as a spread/dip.

*This is a bit higher in carbohydrates so if you want to balance with protein, add a side of cheese cubes, cottage cheese or add a NSF Certified protein powder to the recipe (15-20 grams).
