Tzatziki

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup English cucumber, grated and drained of excess water

  • 1 - 2 TBSP fresh dill, minced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan or sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • squeeze of lemon (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to desired consistency.

  2. Enjoy!
