Super "S" Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 handful fresh spinach

  • 1/2 handful fresh kale

  • 1/2 handful bok choy

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 radishes

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 tsp basil

Instructions:

  1. Cut the spinach, kale and bok choy, place in a bowl and let sit for 15 - 30 minutes.

  2. Chop carrot, radishes and cucumber and place in bowl.

  3. Add basil and stir well.

  4. Enjoy as a super bioactive salad and add some protein on the side for a complete meal!
