Super "S" Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 handful fresh spinach 
- 1/2 handful fresh kale 
- 1/2 handful bok choy 
- 1 carrot 
- 2 radishes 
- 1 cucumber 
- 1 tsp basil 
Instructions:
- Cut the spinach, kale and bok choy, place in a bowl and let sit for 15 - 30 minutes. 
- Chop carrot, radishes and cucumber and place in bowl. 
- Add basil and stir well. 
- Enjoy as a super bioactive salad and add some protein on the side for a complete meal!
