Super "S" Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 handful fresh spinach
1/2 handful fresh kale
1/2 handful bok choy
1 carrot
2 radishes
1 cucumber
1 tsp basil
Instructions:
Cut the spinach, kale and bok choy, place in a bowl and let sit for 15 - 30 minutes.
Chop carrot, radishes and cucumber and place in bowl.
Add basil and stir well.
Enjoy as a super bioactive salad and add some protein on the side for a complete meal!
