Honey Cinnamon Rice Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked white rice
2 TBSP honey
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Place cooked rice in a food processor.
Add honey, salt and cinnamon and combine well (about 20-30 seconds).
With a normal sized spoon, scoop out a spoonful of the mixture and press into a circular bite.
Enjoy!
Makes 10 bites.
