Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C unsweetened oatmeal blend (we used Love Grown Foods Super Oats Nut and Seed flavor)

  • 1 C water

  • 2-3 drops of liquid Stevia (optional if you like it a little sweeter)

  • 25 g vanilla whey protein isolate

  • 2 Tbsp of your favorite natural nut butter (we used almond butter with cinnamon)

  • fresh fruit

  • toasted coconut (optional)

  • cocoa nibs (optional)

Preparation:

  • Prepare oats according to package directions with water. 

  • Stir in Stevia, whey protein and nut butter.

  • Top with fruit and mix ins.

  • Enjoy.
