PAN Cakes Recipe
A high protein pancake in cake form. These PAN Cakes are easy to make and will fuel you through the morning.
PAN Cakes Recipe

Makes one 8 x 8 inch pan
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla almond milk
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 eggs
2 TBSP olive oil
1.5 cups Kodiak Cakes Superfoods Flapjack and Waffle Mix
50 grams chocolate whey protein
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed)
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan
Mix together almond milk, bananas, eggs and olive oil
Mix in flapjack mix, whey protein, baking powder and cinnamon
Stir in blueberries and chocolate chips
Bake approximately 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
