Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 of a frozen banana
25 grams of vanilla protein powder
2 TBSP almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp allspice
2-3 tsp molasses
1 handful of ice cubes
