Tropical Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Preparation:

  1. Prepare oatmeal blend according to package directions with water

  2. Stir in almond butter and whey protein powder

  3. Top with mango (we mashed ours with cinnamon), pineapple, coconut, cocoa nibs and papaya

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened oatmeal blend (we used Love Grown Foods SuperOats)

  • 2 TBSP almond butter

  • 20 grams vanilla protein powder

  • mango, couple of spoonfuls

  • pineapple, couple of spoonfuls

  • toasted coconut, sprinkle

  • cocoa nibs (optional), sprinkle

  • dried papaya (optional), one piece chopped
